Gift giving, especially in relationships is not always the key to everything. A lot of men usually think that gift giving is the be all and end all solution to asking for forgiveness. It’s the sincerity behind the act of asking forgiveness that counts. So if you're thinking that a gift of jewelry suffices, you might be in for a surprise. Gifts are usually a token of a celebration. Often times, it’s the value of the gift that is subject to question.
Never mistake giving gifts as a ticket to forgiveness or one might think you're buying their principles. I would personally value flowers and a note from the heart that speaks of your sincerity. And if she bestows a smile to favor your note, then, maybe that’s the time to whip out a simple token like a silver charm bracelet to show her that you appreciate her smile!
